Absolutely smooth and hassle free experience, only needed to go to the office once to receive my passport. They had staff to guide me at the biometrics centre and was very quick whole process was maybe 15mins. Applied for China Visa on Tuesday morning received it by Friday 2pm. All other agency's said it was not possible to do so quick. They speak perfect English, nice office and only a 7 min walk from Sheraton Nathan rd.
